Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive GEM, located in Gurugram. The Tender Executive GEM will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tender process, preparing tender documents, coordinating with various departments to gather required information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Additionally, the role includes maintaining records of tenders, monitoring and tracking tender status, and ensuring timely submission of all tender documents. Qualifications Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation Excellent organizational and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Show more Show less
