We specialize in delivering cutting-edge drone-based solutions for surveying, mapping, inspections, and geospatial data analytics. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our footprint and driving strategic growth. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a passion for technology and innovation. The ideal candidate will help generate new leads, build strong partnerships, and pitch our drone and geospatial solutions to a wide range of clients. A working knowledge of drones and the geospatial industry is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across government and private sectors. Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, digital channels, and events. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships in industries like infrastructure, agriculture, environment, and utilities. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to align business efforts with client needs. Stay informed on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings. Maintain and report on a pipeline of prospects and track business development performance metrics. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally in the drone, geospatial, or tech sector. Familiarity with drones, mapping, GIS, or related geospatial technologies is mandatory . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Hindi/Bengali proficiency is a plus. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients. Willingness to work from Kolkata and travel as required for client interactions and field activities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
