We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager (International IT Sales)

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions such as web apps, mobile apps, custom software, etc.
Generate leads, pitch services/products to potential international clients.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct client meetings via Zoom/Google Meet and maintain professional communication.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and close deals.
Maintain CRM and sales reports on a regular basis.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Proven experience in international IT sales (US/UK/UAE preferred)
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools & email outreach
Confident, target-driven & self-motivated
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
