Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Java Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students or professionals on full stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and MongoDB, and a deep understanding of software development best practices. You will be responsible for designing course content, delivering engaging sessions, and mentoring learners through their technical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end training sessions (online/offline) on Full Stack Java Development.
• Design and update course materials, lab exercises, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Teach frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Train on backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and optionally Node.js and Django.
• Guide learners on how to build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Provide hands-on training on databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
• Train students on tools such as Git, Maven, Postman, VS Code, and Eclipse/IntelliJ.
• Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
• Stay updated with latest trends in web development and integrate new tools or techniques into the curriculum.
• Support students with real-world project guidance, interviews, and placement preparation.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, or coding bootcamps as needed.

Required Skills & Technologies:

Frontend:

• Strong knowledge and teaching experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Proficiency with React.js

Backend:

• In-depth understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
• Working knowledge of Node.js and Django

Database & APIs:

• Proficiency with MySQL and MongoDB
• Knowledge of designing and consuming RESTful APIs

Tools & Platforms:

• Experience using Git, Maven, Postman
• Proficiency in IDEs like VS Code, Eclipse, or IntelliJ

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or educator
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
• Experience working in agile development teams or software projects
• Certifications in Java or Full Stack Development (optional but preferred)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Industry certifications are a plus
