Your mission: handle inbound/outbound calls, counsel students with clarity and empathy, match their goals with courses that fit, and smash those sales targets like a pro. This role blends the art of guidance with the grit of sales—no sugar-coating, just results. Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to incoming calls from prospective students with a professional and friendly attitude. Counsel students individually to understand their educational goals, interests, and challenges. Provide clear, tailored course recommendations that align with each student’s aspirations and eligibility. Maintain and update student records accurately in the CRM or database system. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments. Follow up with prospective students to nurture leads and encourage timely enrollment. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure seamless student onboarding. Keep abreast of all course offerings, eligibility criteria, and admission processes to advise students accurately. Handle objections and questions confidently to support student decision-making. Skills: Previous experience in academic counselling, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to engage and persuade. Strong listening skills to genuinely understand student needs. Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
