Job Description

We help students and professionals build successful careers through quality training and placement support. Job Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellor to handle student inquiries, explain course details, and guide them toward enrolling in the right training programs. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries about courses. Counsel students and working professionals about course options and career paths. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain admission records and daily follow-up reports. Coordinate with trainers and the academic team for scheduling classes. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Positive attitude and student-friendly approach. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email). Prior experience in counselling or academic sales preferred (Freshers can also apply).
