Academic Sales Executive (Telecalling & Follow-ups) Company: Innovative Academy Work Mode: Work from Office Location: Vijayanagar (Bengaluru) Work Days: 6 Days a Week Role Overview: We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Academic Sales Executive to join our team at Innovative Academy. The role involves handling telecalling, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents and explain our academic programs and offerings. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission processes. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely engagement and conversion. Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM system with call details and follow-up status. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets. Build rapport with potential students to understand their needs and guide them towards suitable courses. Provide after-admission assistance for smooth onboarding of students. Collaborate with the sales team and report progress to the manager. Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory). Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, academic counseling, or a similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability. Strong follow-up skills with a target-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM tools).
