Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients to remind and follow up on pending payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts and Sales to resolve billing-related issues.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the Credit Control Executive/Manager.
  • Send payment reminders via email or SMS as per schedule.
  • Update and manage the customer database with the latest contact and payment status.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
  • Generate basic reports on daily follow-ups and collection status.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 12th Pass or Graduate
  • 02 years of experience in telecalling, credit control, collections, or customer service.
  • Basic understanding of credit control or accounts receivable process is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
