We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our market reach, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. 👤 Position Details: Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) Gender: Male / Female Age: 18 – 40 years Education: Graduate (any stream) Language: Basic English required Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales Requirement: Must have a personal vehicle (for field visits) Job Type: Field Job Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed) + ₹15,000 (Incentives) Allowances: Travel Allowance (TA), Petrol Allowance, Mobile Allowance ⚡ Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tally software customization services. Meet clients, present solutions, and generate leads. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups. Prepare and submit sales reports to management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service. 🎯 Skills Required: Strong communication and convincing skills.
