No Target Customer Interaction: Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services. Resolving customer complaints within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Recording and managing customer accounts through CRM systems. ​ Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues to provide quick solutions. Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Assisting customers with product setup, usage, and basic technical support. ​
