Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for both traditional (print, outdoor, BTL) and digital (social media, performance, content) advertising services.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry partners.
• Understand client objectives and collaborate with the creative and digital teams to create tailored proposals and campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead pitch presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth execution, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Track performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates to ensure consistent growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of both 

  traditional

   and 

  digital advertising landscapes

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of achieving business targets and handling mid to large-scale clients.
