We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. If you have a passion for sales, lead generation, and delivering impactful product demos, we’d love to hear from you!
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads across target markets.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demos for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements, business meetings, and industry events
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals..
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
• Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales in IT, BFSI, SaaS, or Fintech sectors.
• Proven success in lead generation, client handling, and product demo delivery.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and demos.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
