Role Overview

We are an AI Development Services firm helping global businesses build AI agents, automation systems, custom ML solutions, and enterprise-grade software.

We are looking for a results obsessed Business Development Manager who can own the US market, generate qualified opportunities, close deals, and consistently deliver revenue.

This role is not for order-takers.
It is for someone who can hunt, qualify, influence, and close.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth

  • Own end-to-end sales for US clients: prospecting to closure
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on AI & digital transformation deals
  • Drive high-value service contracts

US Market Focus

  • Identify and target ICP-driven US accounts (Startups, SMBs, ISVs & Enterprises)
  • Run discovery calls aligned with US time zones.
  • Understand US buyer psychology, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.

Lead Generation & Outbound

  • Execute outbound strategies via LinkedIn, email, partnerships, referrals
  • Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads into closures
  • Qualify leads

Solution Selling

  • Translate business problems into AI-led solutions
  • Collaborate with tech teams to create clear, value-driven proposals
  • Confidently position AI ROI, cost savings, and business impact

Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts
  • Track conversion rates, deal velocity, and win/loss insights
  • Continuously improve sales messaging and pitch decks

Must-Have Skills & ExperienceMandatory

  • Proven experience selling IT / AI / Software development services to US clients
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals (not just lead generation)
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, automation, SaaS, or digital transformation
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with US sales calls, demos, and negotiations

Sales Skills

  • Hunter mindset with strong outbound capability
  • Ability to handle objections and close confidently
  • Experience with value-based and consultative selling
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)

  • Experience selling AI agents, RAG systems, LLM-based solutions
  • Prior work in AI startups or product-led service companies
  • Existing US network (Founders, CTOs, CXOs)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Qualified opportunities generated per month
  • Deal closure rate & average deal size
  • Revenue achieved vs target
  • Pipeline health & forecast accuracy
  • Client conversion and retention
