Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) – B2B Industrial Marketing

Location: Noida, Sector 153

About the Role:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

not a pure sales closing role,

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
market research
to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers
Generate
qualified B2B leads
using tools and platforms.
Perform
outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls
Set up qualified meetings
and align them with the assigned salesperson
Brief the salesperson with proper context before meetings
Track aligned leads and
take regular updates from the sales team
Update and maintain CRM records
(lead status, follow-ups, outcomes)
Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline movement
Coordinate with CRM/Operations teams to maintain data accuracy
Prepare
weekly performance reports
(leads generated, meetings booked, conversions)
Continuously improve outreach messaging and lead quality

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in
B2B Business Development / Lead Generation
Strong experience with Apollo.io, SalesQL, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
(mandatory)
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
(Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach
Strong research and prospecting abilities
Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to work closely with sales and operations teams

Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience in
industrial / manufacturing / B2B services sectors
Familiarity with email automation tools
Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks
