Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Responsibilities include market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with teams to meet client needs, and analyzing industry trends to inform strategic decisions. The role will also require regular communication with stakeholders and tracking key business metrics.

• Experience in industries such as construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or related fields is highly desirable.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
