Role Description

Business Development Manager

Key Resposibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, startups, corporates, and agencies
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital platforms
• Understand client needs and propose tailored creative and marketing solutions
• Create and deliver compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing models
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations
• Meet or exceed sales targets and growth KPIs
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in business development / client servicing within a

  creative / advertising / digital / marketing agency

• Strong understanding of agency offerings: branding, design, video production, digital marketing, content marketing, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to translate client briefs into actionable opportunities
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing business targets
• Strong network across industries (preferred)
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
