Exotian is a next-generation B2B travel-tech platform from the house of PayFX, designed to revolutionize the tours and travel ecosystem in India. Our intuitive web and mobile-based platform empowers travel agents, consultants, and agencies with real-time access to curated domestic and international travel packages, competitive pricing, and a seamless booking experience.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to support national-level expansion and contribute to building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving scale, fostering innovation, and strengthening Exotian's market presence across India.


Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the B2B travel business across India, including P&L activities, operations, marketing, and business strategy execution.

• Assist in driving national agent acquisition, booking volumes, and revenue growth through structured short-term and long-term business plans.

• Build, guide, and mentor a results-driven team across sales, marketing, partnerships, and technology.

• Support in forging strategic alliances with DMCs, tour operators, and service providers to enhance and strengthen the company’s offerings.

• Ensure a best-in-class experience for travel agents—from onboarding and training to service delivery, support, and retention.

• Represent Exotian at major travel expos, industry conferences, networking events, and online forums to enhance brand visibility and industry presence.

• Collaborate closely with the PayFX leadership team to align B2B travel initiatives with cross-functional strategies in remittance, education loans, and other verticals.

What We’re Looking For?

• 2+ years of experience in the travel industry (preferably in B2B, OTA, or platform-led roles), with a strong understanding of the travel agent ecosystem.

• A solid network of travel agents, DMCs, tourism boards, and other stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses or launching new verticals, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, hands-on, and goal-oriented.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively and build a national footprint.

• Multilingual will be an added advantage.
