Your tasks:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends for cloud MES, ERP and CRM.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
• Present SetuMES solutions (manufacturing industry) effectively, addressing client needs and demonstrating value propositions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the software or technology industry, with MES, ERP and IIoT experience candidate has a preference.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, MES, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
