" Role: Business Development Manager Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad,India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with senior executives to align business development strategies with company goals. The Business Development Manager will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and prepare reports on market analysis and sales performance. Qualifications Total Experience 8 to 20 years in IT Consulting( IT Services, Managed Services, Software Projects) or Outsourcing (IT Staffing) A strong sales background, with at least 8 years of experience in business development and sales Experience in conducting market research and analysis Responsible for Client acquisition across industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field of study Experience in the India market is preferred
