Role Overview We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, energetic, and hungry-for-growth Business Development Manager who will play a core role in expanding our lender network, managing partnerships, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Own Lender Onboarding: Pitch, connect, and onboard banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders across India to the PaisaOnClick platform. Partnership Development: Drive strategic tie-ups and co-lending initiatives; be the face of PaisaOnClick for lenders. Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and engagement. Customer Engagement: Interact with borrowers to gather insights and support the lending journey. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with lender representatives, credit teams, and other key partners. Who You Are 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales – ideally in BFSI, fintech, or lending. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Quick learner with a deep curiosity about fintech and digital lending models. Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Fluent in English and Hindi; other Indian languages are a plus. Bonus If You Have Prior experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech platforms. Exposure to CRM tools or partnership management.
