We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Marathi-Speaking)

Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Working Days:

6-Day Work Week

Languages Required:

  • Native proficiency in Marathi
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor performance metrics and train team members to consistently improve conversions
  • Counsel learning prospects, offer career guidance, and explain how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers
  • Communicate the value and uniqueness of NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 Programs
  • Oversee the complete sales closing lifecycle, including calls, product demonstrations, closures, and post-sales engagement
  • Maintain a detailed record of lead interactions and provide feedback to enhance lead quality
  • Drive weekly targets related to revenue and enrollment
  • Analyze and share active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team
  • Handle escalations and improve customer experience
  • Make propositions, give suggestions, and designate sales targets and responsibilities to each team member
  • Respond promptly to crucial issues and recommend solutions

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience of 1+ years in managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Native speaker of Marathi with excellent English proficiency
  • Native speaker of Telugu is an added advantage
  • Highly dedicated individuals with strong work ethic and determination
  • Prior sales experience in EdTech is an added advantage
  • Empathetic individuals with great patience
  • Systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and exceeding deadlines
  • A strong sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings
  • Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service
