#### *Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful *Business Development Manager* to join our team and drive partnerships with key fintech service providers . The ideal candidate will have solid working experience in NBFCs or payment companies, and be familiar with major API/data/payment vendors in the ecosystem.

#### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead business partnerships and vendor onboarding with local fintech-related service providers

* Manage relationships and negotiations with key partners in voice, SMS, credit bureau, data, account, and payment domains

* Coordinate with internal tech and product teams to support successful API integrations

* Monitor partnership performance and propose optimizations

* Actively explore and build strategic networks in the fintech ecosystem

#### *Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

* *1–2 years of experience in NBFCs or payment companies* in a business, operations, or partner management role

* Strong familiarity with fintech infrastructure and service providers, ideally with experience working directly with:

* *Voice Providers*: Czentrix, Tata

* *SMS Providers*: Sarv, CM, Infobip, Tata

* *Credit Bureaus*: Experian , Equifax, Highmark, CIBIL

* *Data Services*: DigiLocker, Finvu ; Karza, Signzy ; Perfios, IDfy, Digitap.AI

* *Payment Gateways*: Razorpay, Cashfree, Easebuzz

* Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to independently manage and maintain vendor relationships

* Fluent in English and Hindi;

* Basic understanding of APIs and technical product integration is a plus

#### *Bonus Points:*

* Experience launching fintech products

* Familiarity with KYC processes, data compliance, and digital infrastructure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹68,165.42 per month
