You'll be the face of CareerXperts to our future clients in and around Mumbai. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Drive new business development across target sectors: Manufacturing, Pharma, EPC, Construction, etc. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns , and networking Meet decision-makers at client sites when required to present our capabilities and close deals Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure delivery alignment and candidate quality Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and update CRM tools regularly Stay updated with industry hiring trends, market shifts, and competitor activities 🎯 Key Requirements 3–6 years of experience in business development / sales in recruitment or staffing Strong network or prior exposure to non-IT sectors like Oil & Gas, Pharma, Construction, etc. Proven ability in cold calling , client pitching, and target achievement Willingness to travel locally for client interactions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with a focus on results and relationship building 🚀 What You Get High-impact role in a rapidly growing vertical Exposure to leading brands across core sectors Freedom to shape your market strategy and own client relationships Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives 📩 Interested or know someone who fits?
