The Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with education agents, institutions, and business partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the region.
  • Promote MSM Unify services to stakeholders through presentations, seminars, and events.
  • Monitor market trends, track competitors, and suggest innovative business strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive student recruitment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to generate revenue and expand partnerships.
  • Train and mentor local staff/agents to enhance sales performance.
  • Regularly visit partners, conduct market visits, and represent MSM Unify at industry events.

Who Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in International Education, Sales, or Marketing (EdTech background is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of student recruitment and higher education market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and at least one regional language).
  • Strong networking and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, marketing, and brand promotion.
  • Open to frequent travel across the assigned region.
