Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic or international markets (e.g., North America, UK, APAC) Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and digital channels Pitch and promote IT/ITES service offerings including software development, BPO, KPO, infrastructure support, managed services, etc. Understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and coordinate with the technical presales/delivery teams Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate terms and closures Maintain updated records in CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and reports Represent the organization in industry forums, trade shows, and client meetings Requirements: Proven success in B2B sales or business development in IT/ITES industry Strong understanding of IT/ITES solutions, technology trends, and outsourcing models Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc. Willing to travel (if required) Good to Have: MBA in Marketing/International Business or related field
