We’re Hiring: International Business Development Manager Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience Level: 3-5 Years Industry Preference: Consulting / Business Services Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers. Engage with C-level executives and senior leaders to close high-value business deals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies. Drive lead generation through digital channels, networking, and partnerships. Deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. Track and report on pipeline health, closures, and business metrics. Lead and mentor a small team of business development executives. Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented culture within your team. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in consulting or business services). Proven track record of generating leads independently and closing deals with senior executives. Experience using lead-generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
