We are expanding our presence and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business leads in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically targeting companies seeking pharmacovigilance, clinical trials, and regulatory affairs services.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through meetings and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents with accuracy.
• Lead client negotiations and close deals successfully.
• Utilize CRM and business development tools effectively for lead tracking.
• Attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development or sales in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and business development tools.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of independent client handling.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, events, and conferences.
