Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and regional market dynamics.
  • Report business performance and forecast to senior leadership regularly.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years

    of experience in business development or sales within

    automotive, forging, die casting, machining, or assembly sectors

    .
  • Strong

    negotiation

    and

    analytical skills

    .
  • Self-starter with ability to work

    independently

    and travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in local languages:

    Marathi (West region)

  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and customer pain points.
  • Minimum qualification B. Tech
