Familiarity with ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs). Strong analytical and research skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ESG data platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to independently drive business growth in the Western (Maharashtra) regions of India. The ideal candidate will come with a solid technical background in automotive, forging, die casting, machining, or assembly industries , and demonstrate excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in Marathi mandatory . Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned regions. Build and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers. Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs. Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor competitor activity and regional market dynamics.
