Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients using CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new contracts and partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities
  • Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and forecasts for senior management

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a B2B environment
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support outreach efforts
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Prior experience in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing is preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
