Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Vadodara, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare strategies to expand the company’s reach, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of business development, sales, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience or familiarity with electronics manufacturing, LEAN practices, and industrial supply chain management is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to hybrid work settings and a willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events when required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience would be a strong advantage.
