Role Summary:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar product distribution across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, EPCs, and institutional clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, lead generation, and conversion.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

• Candidates with leadership potential and a passion for sustainability.
• Experience in handling B2B and B2C solar product sales.
• Familiarity with solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other related technologies.
• Adequate training will be provided.
