Business Development Manager

About Us:

We are a fast-growing IT consultancy delivering innovative digital and software solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through Upwork, cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services/solutions.
• Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and reporting KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in the IT sector).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software, or consulting (preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficient with CRM tools and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
