Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales in the IT sector. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector (software development, IT consulting, digital solutions, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to offer innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/technology industry.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services (software development, web development, cloud solutions, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online business development strategies is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
