Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target

  new business opportunities

  across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Build and maintain strong

  relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and procurement consultants

  .
• Leverage market intelligence to

  secure product specifications and early project entry

  .
• Conduct

  market and competitor analysis

  to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Present and position KASA DECOR’s

  luxury surface solutions

  to meet client design and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver

  customized presentations, proposals, and product showcases

  .
• Represent the brand at

  trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

  to strengthen market presence.
• Achieve

  sales and business growth targets

  through proactive project acquisition and account management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum

  3+ years of experience

  in business development, preferably within building materials, interiors, luxury products, or allied industries.
• Strong

  network of architects, interior designers, developers, and procurement professionals

  .
• Solid understanding of

  luxury surface materials and design applications

  .
• Proven ability to

  identify, pursue, and close project opportunities

  .
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  .

• Self-driven, target-oriented

  , and able to work independently.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  for client meetings and project site visits.
