Description:

strategic and high-performing Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Able to generate the
leads
process and handle the pipelines.
Own the complete
BD lifecycle
from prospecting clients to pitching to proposal stage.
Identify
new business opportunities
in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, ANZ).
Develop and maintain a strong
pipeline of qualified leads
using email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, leadership) to shape offerings and proposals.
Conduct effective discovery calls, presentations, and demos.
Track progress via CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) and regularly report KPIs.
Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to refine outreach strategy.

Please only apply if you have:

4–5 years business development experience specifically in IT, UI UX, SaaS, Web and Mobile Design/Development
Proven track record of working with international clients and closing deals
Strong understanding of
general design, UI/UX and tech services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to close 5–6 figure deals
Comfortable with the compensation mentioned
