What You’ll Do

  • Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the IT domain (website and software development, digital, or managed services).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and deals using CRM tools.


What You Bring

  • 5–6 years of proven experience in IT / B2B / technology solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of website and software development or digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Strong English communication skills

    — both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with international markets or generating business/sales from global clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
