Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into customers. You will work closely with the lead generation team to ensure a smooth transition from lead acquisition to conversion. Identifying high-potential leads, utilizing a consultative sales approach, and maintaining strong client relationships will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance, stay updated on industry trends, and continuously optimize lead conversion processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into customers. - Collaborate with the lead generation team for a seamless transition from lead acquisition to conversion. - Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for maximum conversion success. - Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new lead generation channels. - Continuously optimize lead conversion processes to improve efficiency and results. - Gather complete project requirements, make a project scope and features list, and obtain a quote from production. - Send initial proposal, introduction emails, follow-up emails, quotations, and final proposals to prospects. - Ensure accurate data entry and management within the company's sales management system. - Draft final requirements after project conversion and hand over to Production with complete details. - Mentor new Business Development Executive team members with SOP guidelines and Lead Generation Process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of lead generation strategies and sales processes. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
