About The Role

end-to-end IT sales


Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and onboard new clients for:

  • Software and mobile application development projects
  • Dedicated offshore development teams on a monthly retainer model
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client business and technical requirements
  • Prepare and present proposals, SOWs, pricing, and engagement models
  • Negotiate commercials, timelines, and contracts with clients
  • Close new projects and offshore team engagements on a regular monthly basis
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for accurate estimations and smooth project handover
  • Maintain proper documentation of client communications and agreements
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in

    IT services / software sales

  • Proven experience in selling:

  • Custom software / application development services

  • Offshore or remote development teams on a retainer basis
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies and delivery models
  • Hands-on experience in proposal writing, pricing, negotiation, and closures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive closures without heavy supervision


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East)
  • Prior experience working with offshore development or staff augmentation models
  • Existing network of startup founders, CTOs, or product leaders
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Immediate Joiner


Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed salary + commission OR commission-only option
  • Commission: 5%–10% per closed deal
  • High earning potential for strong closers
