• Lead Generation & Campaigns

• Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ensure campaigns deliver qualified leads within target budgets.
• Experiment with WhatsApp & direct response campaigns to increase conversions.

• Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Use

  AI-powered tools

  (for images, videos, captions, and creatives) to speed up campaign execution.
• Work with designers/video editors to publish engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Drive audience engagement through organic and paid strategies.

• SEO & Website Growth

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize websites for organic search rankings and lead conversions.
• Collaborate with the dev team for on-page & technical SEO improvements.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, Engagement Rate, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.

• Client & Internal Collaboration

• Coordinate with the marketing team, designers, and project managers.
• Support in proposal preparation, campaign presentations, and client updates.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in

  digital marketing / performance marketing

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin and SEO

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  lead generation campaigns

  .
• Familiarity with tools like

  Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs

  .
• Ability to leverage

  AI tools for content, video, and image creation

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a
