The Role: Business Development Manager – Leasing Sales

As a BDM (Leasing Sales), you will be a front-runner in driving growth by acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and closing impactful deals in the IT leasing space.


Responsibilities:

Identify & win new business opportunities across enterprises, PSUs, government departments & education sectors

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; convert prospects into long-term customers
  • Pitch SAT Leasing’s IT solutions, demonstrating leasing advantages vs. capital purchase
  • Collaborate with product, finance, operations & engineering teams to design tailored proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing & terms with clients in sync with finance/legal teams
  • Deliver on assigned sales targets – volume, revenue, margin
  • Track market trends, competitors & client needs to strengthen offerings
  • Provide accurate forecasts, reports & insights to senior leadership


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–7 years in B2B sales / business development, preferably in IT hardware, leasing/financing, or related tech infrastructure
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of IT products (PCs, servers, networks) + leasing/financing models
  • Client Expertise: Exposure to enterprise, PSU, or educational clients is a big plus
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building & closing capabilities; adept at managing long sales cycles
  • Mindset: Target-driven, self-starter, flexible to travel, thrives in a startup-like growth environment
  • Communication: Strong presentation & proposal-writing skills
