Job Description

Responsibilities

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Lead Generation and Mapping: Identify and research potential clients and industries that align with our services. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels.

* Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for drafting and sending professional introductory emails, making follow-up calls, and engaging with key decision-makers.

* Meeting and Proposal Management: Schedule initial meetings with interested leads to understand their needs. After these meetings, you will send proposals and manage the follow-up process to secure new business.

* Delegation and Coordination: Work with our internal team by delegating specific tasks related to client acquisition and project delivery. You will ensure seamless communication and workflow to meet client expectations.

* Client Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and interactions in our database.

* Task Management: Effectively manage and track all your business development activities, ensuring all tasks and follow-ups are completed on time.

* General Workflow: Handle all other day-to-day tasks necessary to support business development efforts and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications

* Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the consulting, IT, or HR services industry.

* Skills:

* Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

* Self-Motivated: A high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

* Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM software, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.

* Infrastructure: Must have a reliable internet connection, a personal computer, and a dedicated workspace.
