Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indore (MP). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies for market penetration, and managing sales initiatives. They will also create presentations, negotiate contracts, and work closely with the marketing team to align business development goals with company objectives. Qualifications Business Development and Sales skills Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the General Insurance industry is a must Show more Show less
