Key Responsibilities:

Source insurance business as per the
targets assigned by the company
.
Build and expand
distribution networks
by recruiting, training, and supporting distributors.
Train distributors on
Life Insurance and Health Insurance
products and sales processes.
Generate business through
open market sourcing
in addition to distributor-led sourcing.
Ensure the distributor team achieves its business plan through
motivation, guidance, and regular support
.
Expand business by opening
new locations / markets
as per company expansion plans.
Track and report
daily business activities and performance
to the immediate reporting manager on a regular basis.
Maintain
office decorum, discipline, and professional conduct
at all times.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate .
26 years
of experience in Life Insurance / Health Insurance sales or distribution.
Experience in
recruiting and managing distributors / agents
.
Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
Target-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations if required.
