Job Summary:

Manager Telecalling

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise telecallers team engaged in two-wheeler insurance renewal campaigns.
Monitor daily calling performance, conversions, and overall productivity.
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to improve communication, sales, and objection handling skills.
Plan and implement calling strategies to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
Maintain reports on call volume, lead status, conversions, and team performance.
Act as a point of escalation for customer issues and resolve queries effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth functioning of the CRM and lead flow.
Drive targets, motivate the team, and ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly goals.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in telecalling/telesales, preferably in insurance or BPO sector.
Minimum 1 year experience in a team handling or team leader role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada & Hindi/English preferred).
Ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team effectively.
Result-oriented with a focus on team targets and quality.
