Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead a team focused exclusively on converting leads into enrolled students. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing high-performing sales or admissions teams, driving performance, and improving conversion rates through effective systems and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team responsible solely for converting prospective student leads into successful enrollments. Design, implement, and monitor lead conversion workflows, scripts, and follow-up strategies. Set daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Analyze lead funnel performance and identify bottlenecks or gaps in the conversion process. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure quality of leads and feedback on lead sources. Utilize CRM tools to track team activity, lead status, and conversion metrics. Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management on lead conversion performance. Ensure high standards of customer service, responsiveness, and communication throughout the lead lifecycle.
