1. Identify and reach out to potential SAP, Workday, and other IT clients for corporate training opportunities.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients to expand training business.
3. Understand client training needs and customize proposals accordingly.
4.Collaborate with internal teams (trainers, support, TA) to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
5. Negotiate training rates and service contracts with clients.
6. Follow up with existing clients to gather feedback and identify new training requirements.
7. Monitor the overall client satisfaction and ensure high-quality training delivery.
1. Excellent spoken English skills (8/10 or higher).
2. Previous experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically in IT training (min 2 years).
3. Knowledge of LinkedIn and Linkedln Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
4. Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
5. Ability to negotiate rates and contract terms with corporate clients.
6. Familiarity with Google Apps and Google Drive.
