Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Business Development (STEM & Robotics Labs)

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and training institutes for STEM and Robotics lab setups.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential institutions and decision-makers.
  • Present Robocraze's lab solutions, training programs, and product offerings to educational stakeholders.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and MoUs for institutional clients.
  • Work closely with academic partners and internal technical teams to design lab layouts, equipment lists, and implementation plans.
  • Manage the sales pipeline - from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and government education departments.
  • Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and workshops to promote Robocraze's educational initiatives.
  • Track business performance metrics and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Education-related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in

    B2B sales, business development, or institutional sales

    - preferably in

    EdTech, STEM, or robotics sectors

    .
  • Strong understanding of STEM education models, NEP 2020, and lab infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside the state for client meetings and events.
