Job overview : We are seeking a data-driven and proactive Jr Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Youll play a key role in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels to drive growth and improve ROI. Experience with Amazon Ads is a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) . Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies based on data insights. Support keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation. Assist in running A/B tests on creatives, ad formats, and landing pages. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing ad visuals and messaging. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and prepare performance reports. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices. Exposure to Amazon Ads or a willingness to learn is a bonus . Requirements: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms . Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and attribution models. Comfortable working with data and tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals under supervision. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
