Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and nurturing partnerships and business opportunities, strategizing and executing lead generation plans, and driving revenue growth. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, building proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The Business Development Manager is expected to contribute to enhancing market outreach while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Sales Strategy Development, and Market Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, demonstrate leadership, and meet targets
• Experience in the proptech, real estate, or construction industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
